We are looking for properties that can provide a comfortable and convenient stay for our clients, which include contractors and business travelers. This can range from apartments and condos to houses and townhouses.
If you own or manage multiple properties please register each one individually.
This gives us the best understanding and you more exposure to receive future booking requests.
As a property partner, you are responsible for the basic maintenance and cleaning of your property.
Payments are processed promptly after each booking and are transferred directly to your bank account. The exact timeline and payment method can be discussed with our team during the registration process.
Nezt actively chooses not to use mass mailing as we believe in personalised and direct communication with our partners.
We value each partnership and aim to understand and cater to the unique needs of every partner. Avoiding mass mailing allows us to prevent any misunderstandings, bidding wars, and ensures that our interactions are more meaningful, respectful, and in the best interest of our partners and clients.
We have measures in place to ensure that guests respect your property. However, in the unlikely event of damage, we will work with you and the guest to resolve the issue.
There are no upfront costs to become a property partner with Nezt. We operate on a commission-based model, where a percentage of the booking fee is taken as commission.
Yes, you can set your own house rules. These will be communicated to guests prior to their stay to ensure they are aware of and agree to these rules.
If a guest wishes to extend their stay, they will need to make a new booking for the additional dates. This is subject to the availability of your property.
